Returns:
All returned items require a return authorization number,(RA#), which can be obtained by contacting customer service at:1(800)876-5601 ext. 12. Customer Service will verify the reason for the return and issue an RA# (if approved). No returns will be accepted without an RA#. Approved returns may be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15%, special order items may carry a higher restock charge. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned because of a shipping mistake by FMC will be picked up at the customers location and returned to FMC at FMC expense- shipment of the correct item(s) will also be paid for by FMC.
Shipping:
In -stock items will ship within 24-48 hours of order receipt during normal business hours, (Monday-Friday,
9am-5pm EST). Please allow a maximum of 10 business days, for product to arrive,
before contacting FMC. If an item requires an extended lead-time or is backordered, an FMC Customer Service Representative will contact you to let you know when the item will ship. FMC will ship via UPS,FEDEX or common carrier whichever is most efficient for the particular order. All freight charges will be added to customer invoice and are the responsibility of the customer unless other contract arrangements have been made.
Please note that items marked free shipping are for ground shipments within the
continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii have additional shipping and a
customer service rep will contact you regarding a shipping total. If you require
your package to go to a Post Office Box, please call our 800 number and speak
with a representitive.
Additional Charges:
Customers purchasing large items: Hi/Lo tables,Cardio and Strength equipment, should expect FMC to contact them with a freight quote and to make any special delivery requests such as inside delivery or lift-gate equipped trucks etc.
Damaged Merchandise:
All merchandise should be inspected upon receipt by the customer, any damaged items should be noted on the shippers paperwork. It is the customers responsibility to inspect all merchandise thoroughly before signing the shippers documents. Failure to note damage may result in FMC's inability to secure a damage claim from the shipper which may result in customer having to pay for the damaged product(s). Any item received that has not been ordered should be refused-do not accept delivery of non-ordered items.
